Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times & Costs
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and shipping option.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your bottles arrive damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at marketing@here.africa with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of olive oil, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for reasons of taste preference or if the product has been opened.
We do accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, we will notify you of your refund status.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at marketing@here.africa
